You can manage your subscription directly from our website. Please follow the steps below:

Important: If you're currently logged into your account, please log out before continuing.

1. Go to our website and click the person icon in the top right corner of the screen.

2. Do not enter your email or password. Instead, wait for the “Manage Subscription” button to appear — this may take up to one minute. If it doesn’t load, please refresh the page. 

3. Click the “Manage Subscription” button. You’ll be redirected to the following page:
   https://probio7.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access?myshopify_domain=probio7.myshopify.com

1. On that page, enter the email address associated with your subscription.

2. You’ll receive an email with a secure link to access your subscription settings. If you don’t see the email, please check your junk or spam folder.

3. Click the link in the email to go directly to your subscription management page.
