To initiate a return, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. Be sure to include the following details in your message:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return (e.g. changed mind, incorrect item, faulty product)

Returns Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This is in line with our 14-day return policy and your statutory rights under UK consumer law. 

If you’ve changed your mind and no longer want your product, you can return it within 14 days, provided the item is:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned at your own cost

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

We aim to resolve such issues as quickly as possible and will advise on the next steps, including whether a return is necessary.

Returns Address
Please send all returns to our designated address (we will provide this once you contact us).

For your security, we recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service that covers the value of your goods. The product remains your responsibility until it arrives at our premises.

Refund Process

  • We refund the product cost only – shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days from the date we receive your return for processing.

  • Can I return opened supplements? 
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Do I need to pay for return shipping? 
    • Yes, unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is at your own expense.
  • How long do refunds take? 
    • Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days after we receive your returned item.
