How do I reschedule an order?Updated 14 hours ago
Access your subscription (see detailed instructions here: How to access your subscription)
On the first page, you’ll see your active subscription(s).
Click on the product subscription you want to change.
You’ll see your next order date:
To skip the next order, click “Skip” — your order will be rescheduled to the following cycle.
To choose a specific date, click “Reschedule” > “Choose a specific date”. A calendar will appear — select the date you'd like your product to ship.
You can also click “View upcoming orders” to see the next three scheduled orders. From here, you can also choose to skip or reschedule any of them.
To send your order immediately, select “View your next order” and then click “Send now”.
